The veterinarians here are great. They are friendly and seem very knowledgeable UNLIKE the groomers here. I asked for a schnauzer cut, and I specifically asked for them to keep his skirt and beard. Why does my pup look like this? This is not a schnauzer cut. There’s barely any of his beard left and his huge fluffy skirt that he came in with and that we had literally just brushed out prior to him being groomed there is completely gone. We take a lot of time and effort to maintain his mega coat skirt, so when their excuse was “he was matted”, I know that was a blatant lie. I brushed him out completely the night before. They shaved him completely to the point where it’s clearly obvious they didn’t even try to keep his skirt. I’m extremely disappointed. If you care about your pups hair and grooming experience, just go somewhere else. I’ve included photos of him before and after to show the huge difference. Update: they gave us a credit which was nice, so I gave them an extra star for customer service, but I still wouldn’t go there for grooming. They are great on the vet side of things though.

405 Vet has been taking care of our puppy Leo since he was just 8 weeks old. Leo is now 5 years old and has always been treated so wonderfully by the entire team. He got diagnosed with cancer a few months ago, and has been receiving the best chemo care from Miranda, Dr. Spangler, and Dr. Roach. We are so grateful for the entire team at 405 for always taking care of our baby.

Every doctor and staff member has been nothing but amazing. Thank you Dr. Kraft, Shelly and everyone else for making our difficult experience easier to navigate.

While I have been super happy with the vet and vet techs here, the receptionist staff has continually been unwelcoming and unhelpful. I was overcharged $200 during one visit. When brought to their attention they seemed annoyed, and I was never offered an apology. This is one time of many and I will not be bringing my pets here in the future.
