They only care about money. If you have to do a payment plan and can’t get approved for there credit card your dog will just have to die. “ well sorry “ is all you get

*****Update: The clinic has now issued a full refund and an apology. However, families should know that this was not easily given. It was only after multiple denials by the clinic, a negative review, and a Better Business Bureau complaint, that the facility agreed to acknowledge their mistake. I am content we settled on a final financial resolution, but the lack of empathy and the fight required to get here compounded an already heartbreaking loss. I find comfort in knowing they’ve put in place a new process for handling keepsakes for future families. This update from 1 to 3 stars reflects our experience & interaction with the Veterinarian prior to the event that happened: “We appreciate the gentle, and compassionate approach from the Veterinarian the morning we brought in Zoey and the way he calmly explained everything. It made a devastating event a little easier to bear, and for that, we are thankful.” ***** I frantically bring my senior dog ZOEY in, she suffered something neurological, abruptly, and she had to be euthanized because she could not recover. During all of this, I am for the life of me trying to hold it together because she was my BABY, my 1st dog of almost 15 years! A member of the staff reassures me and my husband that we will be getting Zoey’s paw & nose print when we pick up her ashes, but when I returned to pickup her ashes along with her prints, we learned the prints were never retrieved before she was sent off to be cremated. A paw & nose print may not mean much to some people but to me, it was supposed to be a small remembrance of her, a piece of my heart that I was looking forward to having and this place took that from me.

Thanks for giving us a little more time with Lollie. She’s doing great and we’re so thankful. Overall, we are happy and would use again in an emergency situation. I did have to call back several times after she was discharged as well as drive back up for meds that were not sent home with us. I do wish that there was a more thorough communication process in place at discharge. She had to start several new meds in addition to her existing and while I got the answers needed each time I called, I think the discharge communication process could be worked on to ensure nothing is missed or confused between all the staff helping out.It is expensive, but worth it, and i do believe they have the very best intentions and are reasonable with what they suggest based only on what your pet truly needs. Thanks again!
