They haven't killed any of my dogs, but I've been with them for a year almost since they are open on Saturday and I wouldn't say that going is ever easy or convenient.

not a fan, waited an hour after appointment time to be seen and instead of taking me and my pets to a private exam room to discuss things we had to do so in the waiting area with everyone else who was waiting. They said they didn't have an exam room but then offered a room to a lady that walked in after me, so they have their own system. After taking my pets one at a time away from me they did or didn't do what they said. Then while my wait time went into the hour and half mark they started helping someone else. I asked if I was okay to go but was told that no they still needed to speak with me regarding my pets and wanted to do that in front of a bigger gathering, so in walked more people and someone that came in after me was seen and sent on while I waited to be spoken to. Thought they might be a good clinic for my pets but learned through experience differently. Will not be going back 7/30/26 had to return because they failed to give me a paper copy of my pets prescription, only to have them charge me for that too. Whole experience has felt like a big scam

They were very nice and helpful. They allowed the 8 pugs my partner and myself were responsible for, from DFW Pug Rescue, to move around in their yard as only pugs can do. The yard itself had a big tree for shade and was immaculate. It gave the pugs a chance to drink some water and go potty before continuing their journey. This was a halfway pitstop between Keller, TX and Wichita, KS.
