I contacted this location due to my Vet calling over a prescription for my pet. The person that answered the rhe phone was named Josh. I was trying to tell him when my Vet spoke to the Vet there and he raised his voice telling me the Vet wasn't there today and hung up in my face while I was telling him when they spoke. I have never been treated in such a manner. All I wanted is for my dog to get his medicine. If this is how this business is ran and Josh is answering calls and being dismissve and rude I highly don't recommend this location. Josh answered the phone as someone should in a decent manner in the beginning. He simply didn't want to hear what I was trying to say and hung up in my face. If someone can't handle a phone call then they shouldn't be in customer service. I did absolutely nothing to warrant his behavior towards me. HE didn't allow me to give my phone number for him to look up. Which is a different number from what was given to him prior to me calling. I called back after he hung up in my face more than once because his his attitude towards me was trash and apparently he didn't want to answer because he knew I was going to tell him about himself and he didn't want to face it. I was given the address to this location and I cross checked and it is correct.

I’ve been taking my Shih Tzu to Dr. Schultz for many years now, Sophie is diabetic and it’s starting to affect her eyes now. Dr. Schultz is so caring and you can tell loves what she does because she’s so empathetic and thorough and makes sure your pet gets the care they need.
