Excellent care for my 18 year old cat! It costs for the level of care that we get but I feel it's well with it and they visit with you so you can decide what best fits your budget and what's best for your cat. They are extremely thorough!

I have been taking my cat to Pet Friends for almost a year now, he goes every 3-4 months for kidney disease related blood work and they have been wonderful to work with. This week he had a issue that could have been dangerous and even though they didn't have any appointment slots available they still took him in and worked around their schedule to care for him. Thankfully nothing serious was going on but I left extremely grateful and cared for. All of the staff is kind when we come in and it is clear that they care deeply for animals. We highly recommend Pet Friends!

202606:sadly we had to put one of our fur babies down. She had very bad arthritis. They were wonderful to work with through the situation. A great place to take exotics like lagomorphs. Dr. Smith is awesome. She even called us back to check in on the little patient. Our Lil furbaby is right as rain again. She was able to help us get past GI Stasis issues.

Dr. Tamara Smith is amazing. I cannot speak regarding other staff or the clinic as we are not patients there but she did more for us than she will ever know. We thought we could wait until Monday to put our buddy down but unfortunately had to make the decision Sunday morning due to a rough night. I called as many mobile vets as I could find without much having much luck on a Sunday. I was fortunate to get Dr. Smiths number from a vet that could not make it but sent a few referrals to try. Almost everyone we tried did not answer or respond very quick, or they were not able to make it, which I understand as it was a Sunday. I called Dr. Smith but did not leave a voice mail, I texted her and she immediately texted me back and was at our house within an hour and 15 minutes of our first message. Our buddy hated going to the vet and it was killing us thinking we were going to have to take him there in his final moments, he was uncomfortable and a car ride would have been terrible for him. She was absolutely amazing during the process and I cannot thank her enough for taking the time out of her day off and getting to us so quick, we are forever grateful. We have been established at the same vet for about 16 years now but if anything ever changes, pet friend’s veterinary hospital will be our first call just because of Dr. Smith. It was a terrible day for us but Dr. Smith made it best case scenario that we were able to let our buddy go in the comfort of his own home, that meant the world to us. I cannot recommend her enough.
